    Topkrete Sealcoat is a quality-approved and single component waterproofing coating agent widely used for enhancing the style with life of the floors. This is designed using specially modified polymers, selected graded aggregates, modified cement, and special waterproofing additives. It is done for enhancing the protection of concrete structures, swimming pools, basement, toilets, bathroom, balcony, etc. This easy to use and apply Topkrete Sealcoat ensures excellent adhesion features. In addition, it can be used to the damp substrate.
